The percentage of transient guest tax to be collected in the City of Ottawa, Kansas, pursuant to Charter Ordinance No. 23-24 shall be 6% percent. This tax shall be collected at the earliest date possible by the Kansas Department of Revenue pursuant to K.S.A. 12-1698.
